"Nice hotel, pricey food 2 mins from attractions"
Nice but pricey. Nice staff. Room clean but found old plasters and huge spider within the towel. View of window was not good. Lots of overgrown weeds and spiders webs and view of the roof. Restraunt was so called italian american however its still the same vague menu with 4 pasta dishes on. Safe to say we dined out elsewhere on the 2nd night for some form of variety and choice.

"What you would expect"
Everything was as expected for a 3* hotel. No complaints but there wasn't anything to shout about either. I would stay here again. The location is its best feature for central Preston and, knowing the area, that's why I booked this hotal.

"hotel easy to find."
Found hotel easily and booking-in was done very efficiently. We were put on the top floor but hotel has lifts. However we had two small flights of stairs to negotiate when we got out of the lift. As my husband is nearly 80 he found these awkward. Room was very nice and very quiet. Bed very comfortable. Bathroom ok, though I bashed my head on a stainless steel thing (think it was a shelf/container but I am too small to see the top of it) as I had my shower. Nice to have a bathmat - not many places provide them now. Bathroom was lacking a rail for the towel near the sink and a shelf would have been useful. Checkout was painless and easy.

Great Hotel with nice pool ,sauna & hot tub! Staff friendly and whole place was spotlessly clean, Nice breakfast but coffee terrible!!! The hotel is a little dated but they are not charging you 5 star prices and is fabulous value for money for what you get!

"Value for money"
The hotel is in the process of being refurbished, so some of the rooms are still to be done, we were in one of the rooms that had been done and we're very happy with the standard of finish. The outside of the hotel does not do it justice, but once inside you are pleasantly surprised, with the fittings and decor having a modern look. The owner and staff are extremely pleasant and happy to assist, we would definitely stay there again.

"Well placed hotel on Blackpool promenade"
Stayed in a three bedded en suite room on the top floor. Spacious and clean with sea view. No bedside table between the two single beds though, so nowhere to put your drinks. Tea making facilities are included and a wall mounted tv. Very good value for money. Breakfast is self service buffet, nice bacon but food was only lukewarm. Marina the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. She organised taxi and phone call to restaurant for us. Would recommend for family groups/couples who want a central location in Blackpool at a reasonable rate.

"Lovely hotel near to St Annes Pier"
This was a lovely hotel. We only stayed one night but my 15 and 17 years olds also liked the hotel, they made good use of the swimming pool and table tennis. Breakfast food was of good quality and lots of choice, although breakfast was a little busy. Staff at hotel were all very helpul and professional.
