"Very good location - a short walk to Main Square. Very accessible area for Ubers - Ubers are very cheap and you can get one very easily. The hotel is beautiful and classically decorated. It also smells amazing - very similar to Tobacco Vanille by Tom Ford. A stand out feature has to be the breakfast. Amazing! Also the little cocktail lounge on the lower floor serves a fantastic range of drinks and cocktails and the atmosphere in there is both relaxed and indulgent. Despite being a five star hotel, the prices are still very reasonable. The little spa is a lovely feature too. A nice way to end a day of walking and exploring Krakow. It’s petite but well equipped with a small plunge pool with jacuzzi heads, a Finnish sauna (my favourite part) and luxury showers. The bedrooms are beautifully decorated and the bathrooms have cosmetics from Guerlain. The staff were friendly and courteous and the whole stay was fantastic. We would definitely return to this little hotel. "

"Excellent value for money. Guys provide even more than expected. Brand new hotel, built July 2025. Staff is young and very professional which makes it even better. Rooms are spacious with all the amenities you could expect from a 5star hotel. Very central location right next to the mall. Couldn't be happier, keep up the good work guys."
