The Balthazar design hotel was amazing. The hotel is beautiful, super clean and everyone at the hotel was very helpful. Breakfast was Delicious. It's a great location, very close to the castle and a quick walk to many other sites in Krakow

What a great place to stay. Loved it here. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay the best possible. They helped us book a last minute tour which was much appreciated. I’d 100 percent recommend this hotel to anyone. Location is great, restaurants nearby are fabulous and the entire experience was amazing.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The breakfast was delicious. The hospitality of the Hotel was exceptional. Everyone at the reception was extremely helpful, kind and anticipatory. The restaurant is mediocre. However the location of the Hotel on Grodzka loans itself to wealth of delicious food choices. My favorite is Huma.
