Super communications with Joanna. All the staff was great. Loved the neighborhood and the charming restaurants that were so close by. When we booked the trip we didn't even know about the Christmas Market which was an easy walk! It's always nice to have a little more space than just a small plain room. All the amenities were excellent. The kitchenette was perfect and to be able to do a little laundry was wonderful during an almost three week trip.

Great option to stay in the centre of Krakow, walkable distance from the train station. All the sightseeing on the doorstep together with some great options for eating out. There is a small grocery shop next door. A lift is available and makes it easy to get your stuff upstairs. Lovely, modern looking apartment with all the amenities you would need. Some cosmetic updating from the high usage needed but it wouldn't put us off from booking again. Great communication with the host. Lovely little touches like fruit, bottled water and sticker books. There was a renovation going on next door so 7am start on Saturday wasn't great but not the owner fault. You can also hear the faint sound of the nigh club few doors down.

Modern, well equipped. Elevator and washing machine were important to us and the suite met our expectations. Location very convenient within Starowka, the heart of Krakow. The host, Ms. Joanna was very easy to reach by watsup or phone. She accommodated all our needs. We have forgotten important documents upon leaving the suite in the safe, and Ms. Joanna made sure that everything was kept secure and ready for us to pick up two days later from her office. We appreciate the honesty and her help. We highly recommend Ermine suites.

Very nice apartment , great for family stay
Perfect location , middle of old town , very nice reception staff , very welcoming and always available for any question you might have. Small amenities kit for kids which is great , big family rooms , clean , with all you need. The room we was big and very convenient for family staying , but there were some required fixes , the fact that there are many visitors in this property , the room should be more maintained (stains on the sofa , paint on the wall) , besides that, all was perfect.
