I can’t say enough about Bachleda Luxury Hotel The staff helped to make our stay exceptional…very detailed hospitality and decor We were met with a lovely soft drink of our choice when we arrived and this kind of treatment continued through out our stay… Daria restaurant manager was like a person I had known forever she went out of her way to assure we were comfortable… Dinner at Gavi restaurant was tasty with a Jazz duo entertaining the guests Breakfast gave us lots of choices and was a great start to our days Bachleda puts a lot into the detais I highly recommend a stay with Bachleda Hotel And will absolutely stay again

One of our favourite hotels ever. Gorgeous rooms, amazing food, exceptional staff, and the wee pool was the icing on the cake. We had a very lovely (child free) trip to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary. Can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Krakow.

Has to be one of the most beautiful hotels we’ve stayed at. Rooms luxurious, comfortable and quiet. Very clean and spacious. Would’ve liked a bath but shower was large rainfall (same one I have at home) Super king bed very comfy. Staff were so helpful and friendly. We didn’t eat there but had drinks in the basement bar which is beautiful. Great quality cocktails with prices on a par with uk. We used the pool and sauna. It’s gorgeous but tiny so don’t expect to get any lengths in but good to relax in. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and would return.
