The hotel is in a wonderful position. The staff were all very helpful, attentive and spoke excellent English. We had room 34 which has amazing views overlooking the square.

First time visit to Krakow and the hotel could not have been in a more convenient central location right on the main square. The reception staff could not have been more kind and helpful. View from the bedroom window was spectacular over the main square

Beautiful hotel on the main square. The service at reception was without fault, helping to book tours and transfers. So polite and friendly. The rooms were amazing, with marble bathrooms and were spotlessly clean. Would highly recommend!

I loved my stay at Hotel Wentzl. It sits in the most charming square. The service was spectacular… I had to leave early for a tour so they made sure I had a sack breakfast to take with me with plenty of food. I thought that was really nice that they care about their guests in that way.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Krakow Old Town

The hotel is right in the centre of Krakow Old Town and close to all restaurants and bars. They booked our transfer by taxi from the airport and our trips to the Salt Mine and Auschwitz. Its clean, the staff are friendly and the view from our room was beautiful

Old hotel with a perfect view

The best possible view in Krakow. But hotel has not been renovated for a long time except for bathrooms which are great. Awful breakfast - please skip it.

I just returned home from a week-long stay at Hotel Wentzl. It was my first time visiting Poland and I couldn't be happier with my choice of accomodations. The hotel is situated right in the heart of the Main Market Square. It's within easy walking to all the tourist stops. The hotel is surrounded by many restaurants and bars. The staff was always friendly and welcoming when coming and going. The room furnishings were a bit dated, but everything was clean and in good working order. I would definitely recommend staying at this property.

Perfect location right on Old Town Square, Wonderful helpful staff. We changed our room on the second night to one facing the town square which was nice. Very spacious bedrooms. The only thing that we found undesirable was that the single beds were very hard, probably one of the most uncomfortable beds to sleep in during our month long trip abroad. apart from that this was a fantastic hotel.

Noisier than hell. Avoid.

I travel a lot - and this was by far the noisiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in at night. It was almost impossible to sleep on any night. Despite having paid thousands of zlotys for what were supposed to be the best rooms for 4 nights I had room 46 - which overlooks some sort of courtyard disco pub and night club with people screaming and shouting until 5am. I asked to move and was told no. I asked for more pillows. None ever came. It’s poor. Krakow is full of good hotels. This has a great location but that it’s enough on its own. I’d never return.

The hotel room was nice, the view, friendly staff, and great location. The problem was the airport shuttle service they provided. I confirmed a price from them months in advance ain multiple emails, texts, and from the airport to the hotel I paid the expected agreed upon price, However, a few days later when I went from the hotel to the airport shuttle the airport shuttled demanded more money that the agreed uopn amount. The driver became threatening and I was concerned about my safely and luggage so I overpaid the driver who later lied and said that I underpaid him to the hotel. The hotel believed the driver. I advise no one use the hotel's sneaky shady airport shuttle service. use a taxi or other public transaportation. It will be safer and cheaper anyways
