"Had a great stay. The hotel is located in the heart of Krakow and walkable to key sites and transportation. Being on a main pedestrian street, it can get a little noisy, but the hotel provides earplugs for sleeping. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would stay again "
"What a lovely hotel - welcoming staff - right in the square - exactly where we wanted to be - with the Christmas market and festivities. Our Room was absolutely perfect - breakfast was whatever you chose and great and every member of staff so helpful. The driver that took us to the salt mine was so nice and knowledgable - a really great day we had. Cannot recommend high enough - a really good choice for us and we will be returning again .Thank you so much for a great stay . "
"The staff of the hotel were nice and friendly. The room was in a very good condition, and it was clean as well. The location was perfect - very reasonably priced for its location (around 15 mins from the Main Square)."

10/10 Excellent
"What a great stay. From the moment I checked in to the moment, I checked out this was a perfect stay at a great boutique hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were perfect. I used the bar (very quiet) and the breakfast area in the morning. It was a very short walk to both the fortress and old town (slightly longer). I really enjoyed the location. I couldn't find one issue with anything with this property, other than not reviving an copy oh my bill. I would definitely recommend it. Kudos whoever designed and put this establishment thing together, they understand how to execute a boutique hotel. It's great. "
"Yes the room was spotless could not fault anything, even a dishwasher in the kitchen annexe and all necessary crockery and utensils.
Staff were absolutely amazing went above and beyond to help you, nothing was a bother to make sure you had what you needed.
Would most definitely recommend this aparthotel without any doubt at all."
