We enjoyed everything, from the food, drink to all activities. It is an awesome hotel. The hotel is like a paradise.

We loved the resort! We liked our room placement the beach the pool! We did wish we could have had a better description of what there was to do and the different places to eat and go on the resort! Other then that we had a great vacation!

We Loved the quiet atmosphere within the Oasis Tulum Hotel. Everyone was courteous. The buffet was wonderful (large selection) fresh fruit. The servers were great, someone was always there to provide you drinks. The rooms were clean (great air conditioning) and the cleaning staff was very professional. Our room was a standard room garden view. The beach was beautiful, better than some of the other hotels (did not have sand bag wave stops) perfect for snorkeling (lots of fish). You could take long walks in either direction along the beach. The hotel is close to the Tulum ruins, Coba, Akumal and The Playa del Carmen - you could take a bike from the hotel to the main road and catch a local bus. We will be back and would recommend this hotel to all.

We love this resort it was our 5th visit to the Grand Oasis. The staff are all accommodating and friendly. Very clean, outdoor areas are kept spotless. Beach is wonderful. Buffet could be better but other restaurants are all good. We are already planning our next visit.

Super nice accommodation overlooking pool and Caribbean. Staff were friendly and helpful. We went on this trip to snorkel and were able to snorkel just off the beach in front of the hotel. Very convenient.

Great for young kids. Not too scene-y; nice mix of people.

It was a great place. The food was amazing. It was low key but had everything that you needed. I will definitely go back again in the future.

We attended a family wedding at the resort. Overall, the experience was terrific, but beware of initial "up selling" upon arrival for upgraded room, coupon deals, etc. Also, the hotel is fairly inflexible about check in time; you won't get into a room before 3:00, but you can use the facilities. The beach is beautiful and very private--no wandering sellers of trinkets to disturb your sun time. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Food was pretty decent with the Italian and French Restaurant scoring good marks as well as the more casual Mexican Grill. Resort attracts many European as well as US/Canadian travelers.
