"My stay was great, the staff was very helpful and polite. here are my only concerns. When i returned from an outing the cleaning person was inside my room cleaning, I think that if there cleaning a guest room that are still booked to the property they should leave the door open. I was shocked to open the door and find someone inside. Also the parking is very low. if you have a very tall SUV i would not recommend parking in the basement as the top might hit all the low hanging things in there. Other then that my stay was great. I saw but did not use the work out area which is very big with all the equipmnt you could ever need. I was also surprised to find in that area a bank of old school phones, I think they work, it really brought back memories."

"The hotel charged me $6 for two small "complementary" bottles of water that were left in my room. Also, there was a large group of youth staying at the hotel at the same time who were very loud and kept waking me up because of the late night noise"

"Never stayed one night. I had a reservation but when I arrived the place was a total dump. Criminal activity and the entire property reeked of marijuana. I did check in thinking I would just tough it out but when I went into my room and it was already occupied . I turned around and told the desk clerk that I didn’t feel safe there and I wasn’t staying. Still trying to get refunded the money I paid."

"Stayed in a renovated room (renovation still happening on lower floors) which was clean, bright, with a good size fridge and microwave. Reservation, room and security staff were helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was decent but abruptly shut down at 9:30 sharp and snatched away from multiple guests standing over the buffet to get food. The lighting in the elevators was far too dark!"
