"First time staying at a hostel - though I always get a private room - and I can say I’ve become a return visitor since staying for the first time last year. The room is small, like a micro hotel, with the bathroom sink in the main room, but it’s clean and has all the basics. The staff are helpful, and the common area is great for working or relaxing. It’s located at the edge of Kalorama, with the main road connecting to Adams Morgan - a lively area with plenty of dining options. One thing to note, and the main reason I don’t always stay here, is that it’s about a 15-minute walk from the Metro. It’s not ideal, even though there are bus options and the area is quite walkable."
