Hamilton Hotel Washington DC

"I had a wonderful stay at the Hamilton Hotel in Washington, D.C.! The hotel was in a great location, and the overall experience was very enjoyable. When I first arrived in my room, I noticed an unusual smell and an issue with the carpet that made me uncomfortable staying in that room. I brought it to the staff’s attention, and they were extremely helpful and responsive. They took care of the situation right away and allowed me to switch to another room without any hassle. I really appreciated how quickly the staff listened to my concerns and made sure I was comfortable. Their customer service definitely stood out to me and made a potentially frustrating situation much easier. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider staying at the Hamilton again when I’m back in D.C.! Thank you to the staff for making sure I was taken care of!"

"Hotel is in a great spot for dining and shopping. Staff was very pleasant, but the bartender was not very good. Had to flag him down for drinks when we were the only ones in the bar. The area gets a lot of noise, but the hotel can’t help that and it’s expected that close in the city. Overall- I enjoyed the stay and would go back."

"The hotel experience was great, I really like the location, and the aesthetic. As well as the 3 bars throughout the hotel. However, I was a bit disappointed by some of the things my room was lacking, such as a microwave, a fridge, and space to hold our luggage. Quite frankly, for the price we paid, I think we may have some better options, but we didn’t leave disappointed. The rooms are small. Best suited for one or two adults maximum. The bathroom is decent, but the shower design leaves a lot to be desired. We found it a bit awkward and hard to avoid water spillage. In terms of cleanliness? No complaints at all. Our room was very well maintained and clean. Upon check out, we were happy to discover that we could leave our luggage at the front desk for safe keeping while we explored during the day."
