I only stayed in the Trafalgar Hotel two nights but was very pleased with the cleanliness and
comfort of the room with a view overlooking Trafalgar Square. The hotel staff could not have
been nicer especially Austin and Ibby. I lost my wallet the 2nd day in London, containing all my money and credit cards. These two kind gentlemen were immensely helpful to me and even
assisted me in getting to Heathrow Airport to make my flight back to the states. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London, England.
The hotel was excellent and we would return on another visit. We found the restaurants in the hotel did not have enough casual or light dining. A coffee shop style facility would have been a welcome addition so we could pop in for a light snack in the evening. Otherwise the hotel was superb.

Hotel beautiful as you stepped up to it, more beautiful on entering, fast efficient friendly pretty and handsome staff.
Dinned at the hotel on the evening, food fabulous, resonably priced and beautifully served, staff again wonderful and efficient and friendly.
Room beautiful, bed, well, have not slept in a more comfortable bed in a long time, and the room was spotless.
A truely wonderful find and a smashing stay, thank you so much.
Stayed for 2 nights at this excellent hotel. Room was very spacious and clean. Hotel staff very polite and helpful. Kitchen facilities a bonus. Very good location minutes from Trafalgar Square where its easy to get around by bus. Lots of restaurants in the area. Would definitely stay here again.
Loved our room in this unique but pleasant hotel. Our specific room was quite large, the bathroom was so spectacular. We stayed only for one night. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our only complaint would be the breakfast, there were only 2 waiters for the entire breakfast area. It was very difficult to get the correct order in and for our food and drink to arrive. Actually, I personally didn't like that the pool was not private, there was a whole party surrounding the pool, how awkward? It's not a quiet place to enjoy a nice swim. But other than that, it was a lovely hotel. I would definitely recommend.
Hot on the heels of the huge success of The Soho Hotel, London hoteliers Tim and Kit Kemp open the Haymarket Hotel at the end …More
Wide and clean room, very close to Picadery and Soho.
Arriving the apartment was a little difficult because there is no sign and reception. But totally it was excellent facilities.
