"Perfect Location"
the hotel was really nice and clean with a modern feel to it. The breakfast was worth it as there was so much to chose from with lovely staff looking so happy! the only problem I had was that the Wi-Fi had a charge which now a days you would think it would be free! you can get free Wi-Fi in coffee shops and even mc Donald's so why does it seem right to charge at such a nice hotel like this one?

"Super suite in excellent location"
Family of 4 shared suite, quietest London hotel I've ever stayed in yet could see Nelson's Column from the window. Comfy, modern, stylish, clean, reasonable rates. Patisserie next door does amazing breakfasts. Will return.

"Close to everything."
This hotel is perfect for those that don't need the frill of champagne and are looking for comfortable, well-priced, excellent location, and a friendly staff willing to truly help you and you never feel like you are putting them out by asking for something. This is an apart-hotel. Each room is part apartment/part hotel. (stayed in Room 815) You have a cozy kitchen, living space (even in the studio unit for one person) very nice bathroom with a blow dryer and the unit has an ironing board, iron, phone, and all kitchen items needed for your stay (this helps sometimes on the high costs of food out in the pubs and restaurants). You can pay a little bit extra (I didn't and was there for 5 nights) to have the linens changed out during your stay (they are automatically change them at the 7 day mark of your stay) if you wish. I never felt the need and there were three towels so no need to change them out everyday and help in keeping the planet a bit "greener". I definitely will stay there on ever trip i go into London from now on because of the service and location !!!!

"Posh in the city of London..."
My stay at Haymarket Hotel was the best city hotel I've experienced! I think that concise reviews are most helpful so here goes: Arrival and lobby: Beautiful and professional. I was checked in quickly, and my bags were stored as I headed out to brunch immediately. I was offered a beverage, and I was directed to areas to wait in comfort before check-in. The staff was friendly and professional. My room: I stayed on the 3rd floor in room 310. Great for me as a solo traveler. My room was beautiful, with every detail in place. The bellman acquainted me with the room and I was brought a pot of tea and biscuits. A very nice touch! I also received a handwritten letter from housekeeping, the hotel manager and and a letter from the front desk with accurate details of things to see and do. The in-room bar was well stocked, closet space ample, but no drawer space....which I did not miss since there was shelling in the closet and lots of hangers. The bed was AMAZING. It was really hard to get out of bed each day. The bedding is top notch. The hotel: There are beautiful touches throughout...sitting room, the hotel restaurant, The Honesty Bar is a real treat...you can go for a late night snack of decadent ice cream or mix a drink of your own. There is a pool which I found relaxing and quite a surprise in the city. The staff is truly the feather in the cap of the Haymarket. I was traveling on my own and I felt confident with a wealth of information as I ventured out daily.

"Great facilities and location"
This place had a great vibe, friendly staff and very central convenient location. The room was small-ish, but that's expected in central London. Everything was clean and in good repair, so can't complain. I would recommend skipping the overpriced and minimal breakfast in their restaurant. Find some place with a proper English breakfast in the numerous places in the neighborhood instead.

"Great get away..."
The hotel is beautiful in a great location. Overall the experience was fantastic. The turn down service wasn't predictable though. Some evening we got water, chocolates and sleepers, others not. We have stayed many times in London at different hotels. We will definitely be staying here again and will recommend to both friends and family.

"Very nice hotel close to downtown"
Wide and clean room, very close to Picadery and Soho. Stayed 3nights. Only fault Arriving the apartment was a little difficult because there is no sign and reception. But totally it was excellent facilities.
