"The staff are very helpful and provide excellent customer services. When we check in, we are allocated two rooms at 1st floor. When we tell the staff, ILKNUR, that two of our relatives are senior, she immediately replaced the room for us and help us to take the luggage’s to the room. When we check out, it is a rainy day. "Really nice looking place from the photos. It’s tidy and nice, but it’s old so they have rug inside and that feels disgusting to me. I suggest ripping it out and putting hard wood, it feels a lot cleaner. Staff were polite and super helpful. 🌷 The only other thing is that thankfully you can include breakfast in your purchase online, but I doubt out it’s £14. That’s so over priced in my opinion! If you are staying there it should be a better rate or deal. Staff were very nice "

"For us, it was a really good location. Main West Hampstead shopping street at the end of the road and train stations just five minutes’ walk. The room was very pleasant and seemed recently equipped. It did not feel crowded. The bed was comfortable and the shower easy to use. We had a small fridge and a microwave and kitchen area sink so could eat simple meal if we chose. "
