- Perfect location for shopping & actually for the O2 as only 3 stops on the tube to North Grenwich and a 6 minute covered walkway to the hotel.

Lovely hotel surrounded by shops bars and restaurants. Parking is in the adjacent shopping centre. It is easier to park first and walk the short distance to hotel as there is no access to entrance from the road. Train and bus station are 5 mins walk.

Clean, spacious rooms. Staff were responsive and helpful. Great location in terms of access to train stations to London and Heathrow.
The only less than ideal experience was their WiFi in rooms. It was difficult to work in the room and I ended up doing that in the lobby

Had an excellent stay here. Hotel is in an excellent location, with direct access to many restaurants & Westfield Shopping Centre. Room was very clean. Also asked for a late check out & was allowed to leave at 2pm (rather than 12pm) which was greatly appreciated. Would definitely stay here again!
