"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Absolutely no problems whatsoever. The property was very clean and spacious. The area was quiet and we felt safe. One of the many highlights was feeding the squirrels that came up to the kitchen door every morning! They were very entertaining and so cute! The backyard was very enjoyable too with the pool and dining table with comfortable seating. We would definitely want to stay here again if we’re in the area again! "

"The property location was perfect for us, only a 5 minute drive from our son's apartment downtown and in the outskirts of Historic Kenwood, home to quaint architecture we enjoyed walking and driving by. The property was sufficient, but the furniture could have been more comfortable for those of us with not so young backs! Also, check in instructions mentioned additional towels available, but we didn't find any more bath towels or kitchen towels for drying dishes."

"Location, location, location! If you are looking to enjoy downtown St. Pete and all it has to offer, this place is a wonderful place to stay as a base! You can get to most everything in a 5 minute drive or a lovely leisurely walk. Minutes from the Vinoy, Straub Park and the Pier. We dined at several local restaurants via a 5 minute uber/lyft ride. The owners were very accommodating and easy to work with. Even allowing us more time to park 1 car while we brunched on Sunday after checking...

We spent a lot of our time at Fort Desoto and I highly recommend checking it out! Best of all our pups had a great time and this home allowed them to enjoy with us. "Our family of 5 was in town for the Clearwater Invitational College softball tournament. We were immediately impressed with how clean the house was. The nice sized 4 bedrooms were very comfortable while providing us all those moments to ourselves when needed. Although the weather did not cooperate like we wanted the outside area is adorable....the perfect place to gather for a fun drink, night of fireside chats or a game of volleyball! One of our family members has limited mobility so it was...

"Easy check-in. Dylan was very responsive. There were a few things that need a screw replaced or tightened but I’m sure that will be fixed soon. House was very clean, nicely furnished and had ample space for our family of 7. Kitchen had everything we needed and there is driveway parking. The immediate neighborhood wasn’t the greatest but it is a quick drive to everywhere you’d want to go in St Pete!"
