My group and I enjoyed our stay. The house matched the listing and was very clean. The pool was enjoyable. The host was very responsive to questions. We would stay again if we returned to the area!

GREAT LOCATION!

We had a fantastic stay at the pink pearl. The space and location was PERFECT. The owner was extremely easy to get in contact with and went the extra mile to make our stay amazing! Super clean with lots of amenities. Definitely recommend for a trip with multiple people!

Great stay

Everything about our stay was great. The location was perfect for us. You might want to get the internet checked. The WiFi was out for most of our stay. When I would unplug and reset the modem it would work a little while but then would eventually go out.

Pleasant Family Vacation

We visited this location for a family wedding with 7 adults and 2 children and had a happy and enjoyable stay. The only item lacking we would of liked to have was dressers and shelving to put clothes and belongings. Other than that, the house was well kept, communication was great, and we appreciated the various supplies left for use in the kitchen, bathrooms, and pool.

INDYCAR race weekend stay

We selected this property for the upcoming race weekend for February / March. It was a pleasant stay with all the necessary amenities provided. A bottle of wine and plenty of coffee grounds were provided which was great for our group! We didn't use the pool because the water was still a bit cold. The only bed that was not used was the upper bunk bed, so no comment on that. All the other beds / pull out couch beds were fine. Thank you again for the pleasant stay!- Tyler

Post Hurricane visit

Host was wonderful to work with. We arrived a few days after the second hurricane that hit that area. There was some damage to the privacy fence surrounding the pool. And the pool had some debris. But the Host was totally transparent about these issues , even sent me pictures, and offered cancellation option at anytime. The home is on somewhat of a busier street corner, but you could not hear any traffic noise from inside . There’s a traffic light on the corner, so no speeding traffic. And fairly light traffic in that area. The home was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. Be advised, parts of St Pete , primarily beach communities, got hit very hard by the double hurricanes. Clean up will take a while, but most restaurants are open And they probably could use your patronage. Sunsets are as gorgeous as ever!

Loved staying here. Spent a lot of time in the backyard pool area. Close to beach and Downtown St. Pete. Lots of room. Would stay here again!

Convenient & family friendly

The location was wonderful. Quick to the beach and in a neighborhood will beautiful homes and walking paths. Quick to downtown as well. Great place for families with little ones, they had all the baby gear we needed! We would definitely stay again.

Absolute Gem!

The Pink Pearl was exactly what we needed for a recent family wedding. The house was small but more spacious than I expected. All 8 of us slept very comfortably, and there was still room for more! The pool was a game changer; it was a hectic visit but it was so nice to relax by the pool, and the beach was a super quick drive. The house was clean with lots of towels and extra bedding. Our host was amazing and always responded to any questions within mjnutes (general questions-no complaints!)Would definitely stay again!

Overall the property was nice. Clean inside. Owner was very responsive and kind, beds were comfortable. There were toys which our kids (3 and 4) loved. The house is on the corner of 2 very busy streets which we don’t realize until we got there. Parking is very difficult as there is not much room to maneuver in the driveway. Property is not well maintained at all. Everything is very overgrown including the backyard so the bugs were out of control therefore we couldn’t really use the pool.

Beach babes Vacation

We had a great time at the Pink Pearl! The house was clean and in the absolute best location. So close to everything, the beach, Downtown and all grocery stores! A couple things to note is there is no dishwasher, and that the grill is charcoal and seen much better days. Lastly there is only 1 tv and that is located in the living room. Overall the house was good place to lay your head and relax. We would love to stay again!

Good house, good location

I stayed here for a long weekend with a few friends. The house is centrally located with short rides to Clearwater, Tampa, and St Pete’s Beach. Easy Uber rides to restaurants and bars, with plenty of stores in the area. The house is cozy and spacious, and was very clean upon arrival. Initially the pool was dirty upon arrival but the host quickly had a crew out to the house to have the pool cleaned. The rest of the stay the pool was perfect, and the water felt great! I’d gladly stay here again or recommend The Pink Pearl to friends and family.
