"This was a great option for our stay, near friends. The hotel is quiet, beautiful mature tropical foliage, and excellent customer service. We loved learning about the "North Village", multiple boutique hotels (affordable), and walkable coffe shop, food truck, cafe, and more. Great concept directly behind the waterfront luxury hotels, and 2 blocks from the beach."

"Outstanding pool area with plenty of lounge chairs for everyone. The backyard was very clean with beautiful palm trees lining the fence area. It is conveniently located near Bahia marina if you book a boat trip. Very enjoyable time."

"This house is located between the intercoastal and the ocean. There is a small green area across the street that is on the intercoastal and the beach is 1 block away. It is a short walk to the shopping area. The house has it's own private backyard with hot tub and tiki bar. It has a beautiful garden that attracts many butterflies. A great area to sit outside enjoy the sun and a good book. Overall, a wonderful experience."

"Husband and I stayed here for a few days on our honeymoon. Property is beautiful, clean, and well taken care of. Location is great, just a short walk from the beach and all of the shopping and restaurants, but far enough that it’s still peaceful and private. Stefanie is so nice and easy to get ahold of. We encountered some bees in one of the trees during our stay and she had someone out to the house to take care of it within a couple hours. I have zero complaints and wouldn’t hesitate to stay...

"Very clean, host communicated, check in was very easy. Only issues we had, there was a lot of garbage that smelled the whole backyard up, and the location was very sketchy to a point there was a fight right outside the rental with several people involved. If you plan to stay in the house or backyard it was ok, but did not feel safe walking to the store in the evening."

"Outside of the location is a little dated but inside was wonderfully updated and clean! Zero issues! The host had excellent communication! Will absolutely look at availability here for future cruise stays!"

"Perfect place for a peaceful getaway. House was extremely clean, beds were comfortable, house fully stocked with supplies for a worry free vacation. Back patio sitting by the pool was perfect from sunrise to sunset. Close to the beaches. We enjoyed lauderdale by the sea and pompano beach. Neighborhood was safe and neighbors were very friendly. Check in process was easy given a code prior to arrival. Would definitely stay again when visiting Fort Lauderdale."

"Overall, we have a very enjoyable stay in Margate. Several very-minor quibbles, none of which impacted our enjoyment. We searched for a private place with hot tub and pool. We got what we wanted. Margate is further from the beach than we would have liked - half hour from Pompano Beach and Lauderdale by the Sea - but that did not stop us. We went to the beach every day, went back and soaked in the hot tub. Very nice itinerary! Also, there is a very nice park with tennis and pickleball courts...

"House is in a great location - very close to beach and boardwalk. The house was as advertised. Very clean, very nice and was great for all nine of us. Although the backyard is small, it is very unusual to have such a yard in this area and the pool was very nice as well. Overall it is a great place to stay if you want to be near Hollywood Beach. "My young family and I enjoyed our stay so much we hardly left the house. The house is much more spacious and comfortable in person and the pool area is fantastic. My kids (1 and 4 years old) had everything they needed and barely left the pool. The owners were also super responsive and addressed an issue very swiftly."
