Open LR/DR concept, 2 Cozy BRs & 2 Full Baths. 2nd Bath not connected to BR. Fully equipped Kitchen w/Unique Bar for Coffee, etc. Washer/Dryer. Private Patio w/ Grill, Back Deck w/Lg Umbrella & 2 car On-Site Parking. Historic Uptown, easy walking to Great Restaurants, Coffee Shops, 2 Parks, etc. Approx 1 mile D'Town St. Pete. Adorable craftsman bungalow

Absolute gem tucked away in downtown St. Petersburg

Four of us were in town to celebrate our 30-year college reunion and we were so happy we selected this gem of a property. The downtown location was perfect and within walking distance of many restaurants. Anita (property host) was absolutely amazing and even left some nice treats for us to enjoy throughout our 3-night stay. I would highly recommend anyone visiting the St. Petersburg area to check out this property.

Charming Bungalow!

We went to St Pete to visit family and this home was the perfect place to stay. The house is lovely, very clean and the hosts welcomed us with handwritten notes. Cute house in historic St. Petersburg

Centrally located and a cute, comfortable space. The only challenge was a small second bedroom and the second bathroom being removed from the main living area. Otherwise, it is a lovely home.
