"Just like another 2 couples , we couldn’t gain access to the property as we were told it was damaged on arrival to the property . We were left stranded and had to sleep on the street due to not being able To afford accadation elsewhere . We spoke to a man who we think was in charge of the property and he couldn’t have gave less of a damn. Shocking with no communication from Expedia and the property to not have yhe DECENCY to let us know !"

"Anfield is right around the corner. It was the perfect location for walking around the area, exploring Stanley Park, and it was still easy to catch a bus to center city. I had some travel mishaps, and Suzzanne was great to work with. Suzi was likewise great. The atmosphere on matchday was amazing. As a solo traveler my room was small, but it was all I needed. Highly recommended for anyone going to an LFC match."

"The staff were great. Had a really good salad. Nice pub and restaurant area But, the room needed a good paint. Shower needs the mould cleaned off to and the worst part was the mattress Thankfully i got an extra duvet to use as a "topper" to try and get a few hours sleep in"

"Lovely stay at a very friendly hotel. We were made to feel welcome on arrival and the hotel owners Paul and Scarlet could not do enough to help us enjoy our stay. We did not book breakfast but it was there for us each day if we wanted it. Paul recommended other bars for us to attend and helped reassure us about one we weren't sure about. "From the minute we arrived the hosts could not have been more accommodating We arrived around 2.30pm and with limited parking on the street their was no spare spaces but Phil kindly moved his so we could park right outside this goes along way in my book Room was nice and clean as you expect My only worry was going to be the shower as stayed in few hotels in Blackpool where the pressure has been rubbish but this shower did not disappoint Their was a bar at night and the prices very cheap...

"We were only staying for a few days but they couldn't have been better. Our hosts, Graham and Debbie, made us feel very welcome and they couldn't have been more helpful. The annexe itself was perfect for the two of us and our dog. It was very clean and comfortable and it had the added advantage of a beautiful and secure garden. The location was ideal because it was very quiet as we are used to living in a village. Definitely to be recommended."
