We would definitely stay here again, the staff are really welcoming and friendly. The entertainment on a night Dj and Bingo was really good. The room we stayed in was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Breakfast was lovely catered for all needs and had a wide variety of choices. service was exceptional. Other guests made you feel welcome made you feel you had known them for years. Family friendly hotel my 5 year old had a great time. Thank you so much…. The White family

Excellent!

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The beds were comfy and the room was a high standard for the price. We got upgraded to a larger room because it was quiet which honestly made our trip so much better as we had a lovely bay window overlooking the sea rather than just a standard window. The breakfast provided had a good selection of cereals and the hot food was tasty and served very quickly. The staff were all very friendly and nothing felt like to much trouble for them. The hotel is in an ideal location for the central pier and coral island and there is a tram/bus stop just on upside. I would definitely stop here again and would recommend it. Thank you!

Overall Good Value for Money

The hotel was value for money & the staff couldn't have been more friendly & helpful. The breakfast was good & great value for money, with great service, as was the bar. The on-site car parking was too restrictive to use. The room was adequate but the door to the bathroom wouldn't close & the springs on the mattress on the double bed kept "twanging".

Blenheim mount hotel

Hotel clean ..staff pleasant and helpful. The shower was clean but the sealant round the shower was discoloured giving the wrong impression. Breakfast lovely.

Great stay for our sons 7th birthday.

Was exactly as i planned for our sons 7th birthday(all the bingo players sang him happy birthday which he loved) and felt just like it did when i was 7 with my parents. Friendly n made to feel at home. The owner even had her vehicle parked right outside the back to save us a spot to park!👍. Fantastic location and already booked to go again!

Terrible hotel and service.

A terrible hotel to stay, staff (apart from Lee) were unhelpful. I wasn't advised before hand that breakfast was not served until 9am. Car park was dangerous to a point my car could've got damaged and no early access. No alternative breakfast or discount offered. The whole hotel is very dated. The shower was very weak. The evening entertainment was terrible (karaoke which I love was pathetic). £20 deposit for a tv remote.....never heard of that before!!! The lift was so slow i could walk up to the 3rd floor and back down in the same time.
