"We got a lake front room which was a real treat for us. Staff are really lovely and helpful. Sauna and hottub were appreciated after long hikes. No coffee machine in the room but their restaurant provides all day service with barista coffee and other drinks. Rooms a bit noisy as not sound proof so expect to hear your neighbours if they talk loudly. "

"Perfect in every way! Clean , quite, Great that you can store you bag so I could look around Queenstown before flight, And free hot chocolate mechanic on all floors, Great view of the city, so walkable. Love my stay will be back again 😀"
