"A fabulous stay in a Club Double (recommended room choice) in one of the most beautiful Edwardian hotels in London. Two tube stops, Kensington Gardens and Palace, and restaurants galore -- all just steps away. The staff is superb, especially Xavier Gomes, the new manager; Manuela and Carmen, the two Romanian sisters who run the excellent breakfast buffet; Maureen at the front desk -- and many others. "Cute little hotel with kind staff. It was being prepared for renovations while we were here which created some commotion with the lifts and traffic in the lobby. The room was comfortable and gym was good. We cut our stay short to stay closer to the sights and the staff was incredibly gracious about the change. Thank you for having us!"

"Situated in central London about a 5 minute walk from Lancaster Gate tube station and a stones throw from Hyde Park. Conveniently located to access the West End, Park Lane and other parts of central London. The hotel is nice and clean. The room I stayed in was small but well designed with everything you need. It had a fridge, microwave, kettle and lots of complimentary drinks and a box of chocolates. There were a variety of international plug sockets to cater for travellers from all around the globe. The staff were courteous and professional and answered all the questions I had. I'd definitely stay here again."
