"From the outside this modern pub looks clean, well designed & welcoming. Above the pub is a collection of stunning rooms right out of the pages of Restoration Hardware catalog. Modern, well-appointed & beautifully designed. Our room was immaculate. And despite being above a pub on an active street it was incredibly quiet. "A spacious, well-appointed room is waiting for you, just a skip from Farringdon. We arrived during the after-work happy hour crunch, but the host dropped everything to check us in and make sure we were comfortably situated in our room. The room was fantastic and dinner at the inn was good too. "

"Stayed with my wife and two children. The room was super cute and perfect for us. Staff were kind, welcoming, and accommodating. Food in the pub was delicious. It was a great experience. We highly recommend The Royal Oak!!!"

"An Inn dated back in 1878, a gem. Rooms are currently renovated on its old bone, carries a strong contrast to its pub on the ground floor where homey yummy food served. The staff was super chilled, it’s Peckham after all. Highly recommend!!!"

"Rooms were pleasant enough and staff that checked us in were really friendly. No food options but in walking distance to plenty of places and town centre. Nice touch to leave out cereals etc for breakfast. Mirrors in bedroom/bathroom quite small so wasn’t the easiest to get ready. Cleaning staff knocking on our doors at 9:30 to ask us to leave keys in door (fine) but also reminding us check out was at 10 made us feel like we were being rushed out of our rooms (we knew what time check out was)"

"The room was super cute and had everything we needed. The only thing was that we couldn’t open the window and the room got really hot at night—I think that was for security reasons though? The included continental breakfast was awesome! "
