"Great property, clean and location is excellent for walking and transportation close to Paddington station. We had a twin room and it was Very very small which was a little hard for us since we travelled from CA and had a lot of luggage this was only first stop in our trip. Once luggage was in there was not much room to move but that’s London for you.. otherwise excellent !! "

"Staff slow in responding to problems. Took 1&1/2 hours to get a working TV remote on check-in. Traveling companion’s door lock stopped working & had to wait for an engineer to come in & drill door lock to open. Had to move all belongings to another room. Free snacks were removed by someone & never replaced. Overall hotel is nice & in nice area w/short walk to bus/tube. "
