What a great place to stay near the water. The room was comfy. bright and clean, My husband and I loved waking up and having coffee on the "porch" and taking a very short stroll down to the beautiful white sand beach. The hotel supplied beach chairs and towels for the beach, which was a nice surprise. There is absolutely nothing to complain about and we are looking forward to coming back in the future. You will not be disappointed.

I was greeted by a very friendly face and my room was ready and very nice. For the price point they exceed my expectations. I had a beautiful view of the gulf and you could hear the waves from my room. What more could you ask for? I plan on coming back with my sister for a girls trip.

I do not think, after hundreds of hotel check-ins, I have had a kinder or more thorough, considerate welcome than what we received from Sara on check-in. She remained helpful throughout our stay, and the rest of the staff were bright in all senses of the word. The stay would have been perfect, save for the hotel being just a bit out of the way for folks who like to walk everywhere. Other than that, pure gemstone!

We ran into a few issues with hotel staff doing major gardening work right outside our room at 7:30am, but they moved us to a two bedroom which made up for it. The pool is nice and warm (and salt water). The hotel is literally across from the beach and a block from great shops and restaurants. Checks out SCOB for oysters 3-6pm everyday, a dozen for $7. The hotel has some updated ros and some not, but all are nice. The towels are a bit old and shabby. The windows have no sound proofing (common in FL) so we could hear the music from the bars until midnight. I would definitely rent this place for a week - the full kitchen is a bonus.

wanted to stay somewhere on the water an found this on the internet. When I got there everything was ready. Most comfortable bed. Slept more there than anywhere else in ages. The room wasn't fancy but it was very well equipt. Great shower as well. Will stay there from now on when I go see my Dad.

Great staff; great location-central to beaches and restaurants. Clean, comfortable rooms. Tiki bar and pool area was great - we had a balcony overlooking both and it was still quiet when we had the doors closed. We would stay there again.

We find the coquina the last minute and was so glad we did.. It was very relaxing and family oriented.. Pool was great and the grills on the ocean added a nice family time .. We are definitely planning a return trip soon.. Thanks coquina for the great vacation..
