"The property has been updated beautifully and my room was clean and welcoming. Minimal carpet is a big plus. The private balcony was my favorite place to enjoy breakfast. Will definitely visit again!"

"The good: staff was over the top friendly, cheerful, helpful, couldn’t do enough for you. The restaurant Drift is amazing. Bar is great, food is excellent, service above and beyond. The not so good: Beach chairs are reserved at 7am when they open but aren’t physically sat in until 10:30-11:00. We got to the beach at 8:30 and got chairs but not along the waters edge while we watched the chairs in front of us sitting empty for 3 hours. Doesn’t seem right or fair to me. Our room was immaculate however we were given a 1st floor standard room with no view - shame on me for using Hotels.com and not understanding which building my room was in. We were in the older building and it was noisy as the occupants above us were stomping around late into the night. Always ask for the NEW tower when booking a room. Our room was equipped with a full kitchen which was a surprise but of no use to us for a one night stay. It’s a fantastic family oriented resort and I highly recommend it for families with young children. "

"The only positive would be Bruce at the breakfast. He was pleasant and friendly. The room was too small.. no drawers to put your things away. bathroom was moldy. Pool was very dirty. When you exit your room, the area was smelly from the garbage. Horrible!! "

"I booked a room with a king bed. When I arrived the room had 2 queen beds. I went to the main desk to let them know. I was told that they had a staffing issue and not all rooms were cleaned but she did assign a new room. This room also had two queen beds. I went to the desk again. She came to the room and stayed it was a king suite and the beds were both king. She was insistent. We stayed but were crunched in the one bed. When we checked out I also let them know what happened but they did not appear to be concerned. I will be calling yet today. "

"Airport shuttle was there when I went down to get a ride. Staff is extremely friendly. Very nice hotel. Would definitely stay again."

"Nasty room that smelled like stale cigarettes, Curtains were tire and dirty, door was rusted, outlets didn’t work, plugs fell out. I got sick from the smell so we had to check out and find another place for the second night. Very disappointed and would not recommend."
