Excellent location, clean rooms, helpful and friendly desk staff. Valet parking costs $45/day so we opted for the city lot across the street. The hotel lends beach chairs and towels, a nice amenity, and the roof bar is great. Not quite a luxury hotel, but a good choice in Sarasota if the budget allows.

Everyone was really friendly and helpful. It is a beautiful property. The rooms are nice and art everywhere is so cool. Only one improvement would be stronger coffee as it was super weak and bland but expensive!

Room was pretty beat up. Hole in carpet, scratches on head board, toilet obnoxiously loud, staff at roof top bar and valet first day were quite rude. (Parking fees $40 per night and $28 “daily destination” silly. For the “exceptional” rating online I was disappointed. Location is prime and lobby, art areas, shop are lovely.

Loved this hotel. Room was immaculate and the bed was so comfortable it was like sleeping in the clouds. Loved the rooftop bar and all the staff are wonderful. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely return.
