"Service is very good. From doorman, reception. They very helpfull and always smile. The room is good with good aminities (but i cant find a toothbrush). The location just a few step from milan central station and tram station (via settembrini stop). They gave us a bag drop even 1 days before our check in date. And after we check in, our luggage had already in our room so very good service from this hotel. Despite the milan central area I feel not safe on the late night, but I love this hotel...

Everyone of them, every time I need to leave the hotel, or arrive to the hotel! No need for Uber when a taxi is only a 2 min wait. "Really easy access with stone throw away from Milano Centrale. Good option if one intended to visit city outside of Milan by train. Only problem is the concert nearby the station that going on until 10pm and the music and noises can be heard from inside the room. And if you need bus transfer to Malpensa airport, it's literally just opposite the hotel. Overall a pleasant stay and good choice for a basic hotel with minimal frills."
