The hotel was great but regarding the night price (more than 500 euros), I was expecting to have no flaw at all in the room but that was not the case: it was not possible to close the shower door and some water was leaking outside, the evacuator system was moving when walking on it, the bathroom door was not closing fully which is annoying to get some privacy with other guest when you need it... There are other little flaws not very important but it give you the feeling that it is not the standard you were expecting at this price. But I was very satisfied with the breakfast choice and the service was perfect

The lovely harp playing at breakfast set us up for a lovely relaxing stay. Thank you for playing 'Happy Birthday' for one of the party and the Birthday cake. it made the stay special.

We stayed for two nights, this hotel is a keeper, we loved the experience, feom the service at front desk to breakfast, a lot of big US hotel chains should get inspired by what Milano Scala has to offer. I highly recommend, it is close to the main attractions but not too close.
