"Lovely staff..location good..bed terrible"

"The hotel location is excellent: super close to the Castello and Duomo. Nice building. But they don’t clean the room during the stay. We couldn’t even get towels to be replaced. No formal reception either. You’re supposed to call someone, which maybe it works but it’s an extra hassle. For 3 night stay it wasn’t a big deal.."

"The staff is helpful and can be reached easily on Whatsapp. However, there is no sign of the hotel name outside the building. It is very difficult to find the hotel even though I have reached the address. My advice is to get their whatsapp contact and whatsapp the staff before you reach the hotel. The staff will then come out to meet you. Alternately, suggest to hotel.com administrative to pass your contact number to their staff. They will also contact you before hand. "

"Very comfortable stay. The staff was helpful. The room was very spacious and despite being on the first floor, it was very quiet. Location is convenient to train station and metro so was super easy to get around. Some nice neighborhood restaurants. Laundry room in lower level a big plus. Free water, espresso, tea, croissants and cookies were a nice touch. Only drawback is that area around hotel itself is not very busy with pedestrians at night so felt a little isolated at night.
