On arrival we were disappointed to be notified that our booking had not been processed by EXPEDIA and that they were booked out for the period that we required the accommodation.
To the credit of the staff they asked for our patience whilst they reworked their bookings so as to provide us with the accommodation that we had booked and paid for, despite no information forthcoming from EXPEDIA.
We were provided with coffee and tea and given a tour of the premises while they sorted things out.
Thanks to their efforts we were provided with the accommodation requested within 45 minutes or so.
Expedia have some issues that need to be addressed but we greatly appreciate the efforts of the staff at D'Olive.
