Hotel Melbourne is always a favourite of ours — truly a place we love returning to. The level of cleanliness is exceptionally high, and the extra attention to detail really sets it apart. The room was one of the Deluxe Exec rooms but they are on the front of hotel over the very noisy street making it hard to sleep. Shower also did not drain properly flooding entire bathroom area. We chose to move to Sofitel after two days and QT hotel was very helpful in allowing us to check out early/ change given our issues.
