"It is hard to find even with the help of taxi driver. It entrance door was well tugged behind a wall and hard to find for safety reason. I like the friendliness of the front desk and their neatly arranged breakfast. The man in charge of the front desk impressed me the most. He even came out in rain to see us left in a taxi!"

"Budget friendly hotel with great services. Staff were friendly. Check in and check out was quick and easy. Building looks new. 10 minutes walk to Kyoto station in a quiet neighborhood. Room is big enough for 4 people with 1 bed each. Bed is comfortable. Bathroom has separate door for toilet and shower.
