Modern hotel. Excellent room and facilities. Helpful and friendly staff. Hotel easy to access from airport.

Great hotel in easy walk of Petronas towers area. Nearby metro though could be a struggle with bags as across the road from the hotel. Excellent choice of restaurants in the same complex.

We stayed here as a couple for an overnight stay between flights. Very hard to find from the airport, more signage from the arrival area is needed. Once found it is only a five minute walk from airport. Staff were friendly on check-in. Room was a decent size for one night and importantly the bed and pillows were super comfortable. There is a 24 hr 7/11 next to the hotel lobby. If you are in need of a glass of wine or spirits (which is virtually non existent in the airport) in a comfortable relaxing environment, there is a great little bar next to the 7/11 called The Wonder Cafe. At 6.30pm the sign is changed to The Wonder Bar - they have great alfresco meals, so no need to go back to the airport.

Great location, ease of access to KLCC, Bukit Bintan etc, easy access to shopping and dinning. Hotel staff exceptional helpful, pay the extra for the club facilities it's really worth it.

Stay one night before flying on to Langkawi, very helpful staff, clean comfortable room, nice breakfast. Other reviews mention aircraft noise, was not a problem.The free shuttle bus to and from the airport is excellent. We waited until we stayed before we book another night just in case any problems, but none at all, so happily rebooked for a night in 5 weeks time on the way home.

Really enjoyed the stay, nice pool, gym, food was appropriately priced and good. Good value. Room was not clean, spots evident on the flooring indicated lack of good attention to detail. Lobby beautiful but not well kept. I feel this hotel could be an amazing stay just if they put a bit more time into managing the fine details of cleanliness and order. I tipped the room maids well, but that did not seem to make a difference.

We just enjoyed a wonderful 7 night stay at the Mandarin Oriental in KL. The hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. It was right in the centre of KL within easy walking distance to everything. It was attached to the KLCC Suria shopping centre - 6 levels of shopping and food heaven, as well as the Petronas twin towers and had easy access to the covered walkway for Bukit Bintang. It also has a stop for the KL Hop On Hop Off bus directly at the front door. The staff were professional, friendly and very helpful. Our room on the 16th floor was lovely - excellent views, clean, spacious and very comfortable. The restaurants and bars in the establishment are also lovely to dine at or for an afternoon/evening drink. We would definitely stay at the Mandarin Oriental again when we next visit KL.

We love the hotel, the location, the public transport, the food, the concept, the people.. Everything was perfect except the air condition, it was very hot because the bed was not directly under it. Other than that, it was excellent!

I love everything about this hotel. First of all i have a free upgrade to a junior suite as i need to be at the same level with my sisters' room. Didn't expect that their premium deluxe room is huge too! I like the checking in and checking out.. so hassle free, no problem at all. Hotel is surrounded by 5 star hotels. walking distance to Pavillion. Taxi service is easy too! Breakfast is quite a spred love it! Maybe the hotel could look into changing some of their furniture as it is quite old ... Other than that would come again!
