"The hotel was beautiful with all the amenities you could need. This was our first time in a traditional Japanese style room and it was such a fun experience. The onsens were great and the reservation system easy to use. Dining was special and we loved the food. Getting to do a little laundry in their facilities was an added bonus. "Cross hotel in Osaka was great! Location wws perfect, right beside the Donqi, right beside the running man attraction, right beside the dontonbori area where the food stalls are all located.
