Very clean, staff was extremely friendly, free luggage service that ships your luggage to your next hotel, and very comfortable beds! Bathroom was super nice as well and there were two sinks in the room (one in the bathroom and one outside) which was very convenient.

Good for family visit

Hotel location, staff service and room condition were great. The only thing I didn’t enjoy as much is the car racing noise in the area.

I can’t say enough about this amazing hotel and staff. Classical music playing everywhere and the public bath felt as if I was at a spa. The staff were so helpful and kind. It was quiet and peaceful. The breakfast is affordable and delicious. I was sad to leave!

This place was immaculate, and the beds were comfortable. The hotel was close to the airport and a few blocks from the train system. There was also a very well-stocked convenience store just outside the hotel with some freshly prepared foods. Would definitely stay here again. The only negative is that we were much further from the Osaka center than we realized.
