"A boutique hotel with a 5 star hotel's standards. I was impressed by the lovely receptionist's professionalism, the neat housekeeping, the tidiness, the setup and the good quality toiletries to say the least. To top it all off, everything I needed was just a few steps away, and the street felt safe. Definitely coming back on my next trip to Auckland."

"Love it there. But Building construction beside the reception at the hotel close to our room was a bit noisy if you like to sleep in or have an afternoon rest. If so book well away from that area in a room at the far end. "

"The friendly staff. The room was nice n quiet Parking fees where too expensive for the motel. Oven overhead air filter needed a clean in our room. Luggage trolley would be great. We couldn't eat at the table due to tv being o it,suggest to hang tv on wall. Otherwise our stay was great and enjoyed the stay "
