"We just returned from our stay in Hawaii. We loved the location of this condo - not in a touristy area. The condo was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The owner was very responsive and checked in on us after we arrived. We had no issue with security/parking when we arrived. I visited the office to check in the following day. 10/10 Excellent

"Excellent house keeping! The only two elevators in the hotel can take awhile to get up and down to your floor. Somewhat rude/nonchalant front desk people. The breakfast area was always kept clean and had new options every day. The hotel pool was very tiny. Loud neighbors you can hear through the patios"

"The location was perfect, very close to the beach. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. There's lots of construction going on inside the resort so prepare for scaffolding everywhere. Also the pool is soooo small. Another con is there are no microwaves in your room, and the resort does not have room service, so weird. I gave 3 stars because the rooms are outdated. Definitely needs to be repainted or wallpapered. On a positive note, the beds and linens are super comfy."

"If you’re planning a trip to Hawaii, make sure you’re prepared to spend, because almost everything comes with an extra cost. Parking alone was $72 per night, and most places you visit require paid parking as well. For the price of the hotel, I expected much more. The rooms were outdated and did not match the premium rates being charged. I also recommend checking your room carefully when you arrive, including the sheets, pillows, and bedding. I noticed what appeared to be blood on one of the pillows, which was very concerning. While I was in bed, I also felt something crawling on me, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. Hawaii is absolutely beautiful, and the scenery is breathtaking, but my overall hotel experience was disappointing. For the amount of money being spent, I expected cleaner accommodations, updated rooms, and much better attention to detail."

"It is a very nice hotel and close to everything. We booked an economy room but it ended up being fine. We weren’t in the room very much. The pool is small on property but nice. Also just a tip. For a much better price than the airport you can rent a car from Hertz or I believe Dollar across the street at the Hyatt Regency. It saved us 200$ for the week"

"Great location with the beach directly across the street. The parking was convenient, especially if you choose to park on the property. The amenities were comfortable, the rooms were cleaned daily, and there were plenty of food options nearby. Overall, everything was excellent, and we had a great stay. My only complaint was that the elevators were very slow and often took a long time to arrive. Other than that, everything was great."
