"The hotel is in a really great location and is surrounded by plenty of places to eat and drink, as well as being only a few minutes walk from local bus, tram and metro services. I stayed by myself in one of the smaller rooms. The room was very clean and modern and ideal for a few nights stay. My room faced onto an inner courtyard so I could not hear any of the hustle and bustle of the streets outside however the property is quite small with all rooms in close proximity on the same floor so...

I didn’t receive the door codes so called when I arrived and the woman I spoke to was really helpful - she sent me them on WhatsApp. She stayed on the phone to make sure I could enter the property. The room (3 single beds) was decorated nicely and was really clean. The beds were comfortable. There was a water dispenser in the hallway and maps etc. Both bathrooms were spacious and very clean...

"The location near Plaza Moyua is perfect for the airport bus and getting down to Bilbao Old Town. Nice and quiet at night even though its central location. I would stay here again if need be. "We have just had three nights here and what a fantastic three nights they were. The property is lovely and in the perfect location, just a short stroll from old town (5 mins) and new town (5 mins). Despite being so central it was very quiet, and we had two balconies with our room (204!) including a glimpse of the sea! All the staff were lovely and friendly, and provided a map with recommendations. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you "
