"We arrived in the morning and 'checked in' but given the earliness of our arrival the room was obviously not ready which were more than aware of. Staff however booked us in, gave us a card to access all the Hotel's facilities and called us as soon as the room was ready. Staff were polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Check in was fast and the reception area was well maintained and spacious. We were upgraded to an ocean view and our room was excellent! Spacious, clean, modern. "

"Gorgeous hotel, beautifully fitted out in art deco style. Only downside was there was no view to the mariner from our particular room which I was expecting from the photos when booking. Other than that, it was really luxurious throughout, and a very comfortable stay."
