Myself and my boyfriend were EXTREMELY pleased with the hotel. It is in a nice location and has a 24hrs reception. We had to check-in late at the last minute and after a quick phone call we were reassured that we could come as late as we wanted. On the day of checking-out we ran late and received a call to our room telephone telling us to take our time! The room was impeccably clean. We were impressed with the amount of space it had, including a balcony. The kitchen had a lovely, sparkling sink, cooker, microwave and fridge complete with cutlery and dishes. The TV worked lovely (although it was French!) and I believe the mattress we had was orthopedic- bliss! The wi-fi reached us fine, and we were on the 4th floor, it never once lagged or cut off. The hotel itself had an impressive front welcoming area, was spotless and smelt lovely. While we were in the hotel we didn't hear a single noise. The security is tight as room keys are needed for the lift as well as entering your room. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would 100% book it again in the future.

"Great stay at Quality Hotel Marseille Vieux Port"
I stayed at the Quality Hotel last week for 3 nights. My friend and I shared a room with twin beds (which are pushed together and can't be separated, due to the built-in nightstands on either side. Must be a European thing!). This is an excellent hotel for the price. It's in a great location--a 10-minute walk from the train station and less than 5 minutes to Vieux Port. The rooms are clean and adequately large (spacious by Paris standards, though smaller relative to North American hotel rooms); the bathrooms are modern, with a decent-size shower with rainfall shower head; the beds are comfortably firm; and the staff are really helpful (all spoke English). We didn't have the hotel breakfast, opting instead to venture out for breakfast in the morning, but I did check out the breakfast, which looked pretty standard--fruit, cereal, pastries, machine coffee.
I would definitely recommend this hotel. Marseille is a great base to explore other towns, such as Cassis and Aix en Provence, and the city boasts a "gritty" vibrancy unlike any other!
Nice atmosphere in hotel, in walking distance to airport (took our chances on main road as the hotel was visible but there is a path across the car park). Food in restaurant excellent, had a "starter" buffet for 20 Euros which was more than generous as a main meal. Pleasant walking / jogging route around small nature reserve on doorstep of hotel.
Lovely new hotel. Very modern and stylish. Beds so comfy and whole place spotlessly clean. Roomy bathroom with soft fresh towels
Lovely to have tea / coffee making facilities. Every member of staff very friendly and efficient. Great breakfast. Fab location near sea front, MuCem and Le Panier but only 10 minute walk from Vieux Port. Would definitely return
