What a gem! We didn’t know much about Marseilles before we arrived. C2 was a great home base. The staff were incredible and the rooms were so cleans and nice. Coming from Paris, our room felt enormous and so cool with the controllable AC. The hotel is a walk from the waterfront outside the pier but it felt convenient enough. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent stay in charming, gracious C2 Hotel

We had a wonderful stay in the charming, gracious, small boutique C2 Hotel. It's in a great location in central Marseille but off the main tourist area so therefore much quieter. Our room was super large, well equipped and very well designed, and we loved the spa/pool/hammam. The staff were helpful and friendly. Five stars.

This hotel room and hotel in general was clean, with a newish boutique feel- neither too small nor too large- with lots of little touches that surprised. Room was perfect size too. I found the owners (a husband and wife team of architects) put a lot of thought into it - elegant, convenient to historic Marseilles and port, the large bathrooms, great bed, nice view, quiet. I booked it last minute and so was very pleasantly surprised. Front desk escorted us to room and told us about all the amenities- which I found very nice as well. We didn't have to wonder at or squint at microscopic instructions

There is a fee when you make the reservation and it’s show in the taxes but is a spa fee that it’s mandatory even if you are not interested in using the spa or you’re going to the hotel for the usual reasons you go to a hotel . The rooms are impecable , you can control the temperature of the air conditioning and it works perfectly. For the light sleepers that are waked up by the light of the day , the black out just blocks half of the light . Great staff

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel well maintained, very clean. Everyone we interacted with was exceedingly helpful and friendly. The hotel bar and local entertainment was a plus. The highlight was the spa, steam room and plunge pool. The location is very good, easy walking distance to most activities.
