Nice Hotel.

They did not have our Expedia reservation in the system. They had to look up reservation (using paper work I had bought for backup) and indicated that they almost did not have a room for us. Not a good thing when checking in to hotel after travel.

Very nice room, very clean, and spacious. The only restaurant on site served a very limited menu, and one person to service the entire restaurant. I will say that the food was good although they were out of a lot of the things that were on the menu.

The hotel is very nice and clean. Easy to train station's. A long ride from the airport. The sirens are all night long from the 1st responders. If your not use to city life and noise this may not be your 1st choice

nice staff, awful place

We had no hot water, but were not informed when we checked in. The manager at that time was VERY accommodating and kind and helped us out. The room was awful. It was sterile, almost hostile, in the way it looked. Stark and bare and just pushed us out as soon as possible. No one would like it in that space. The noise from the street, garbage collectors at 10:30 pm and street cleaners at 6 a.m. made it impossible to sleep for any significant amount of time. I would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone although the staff was very nice.

Beste Lage um die Stadt zu erkunden, ferner einfach vom Flughafen mit dem Bus zum Gare St. Charles und von dort 4 Stationen mit der Linie 82a. Fußläufig erreichbar sind die Docks, le Panier, Vieux Port und die vielen Fußgänger Zonen.Leider war das Zimmer zum Hinterhof gelegen und hier gab es vor allem Nachts eine nicht lokalisierbare Geräuschkulisse. Ansonsten ist das Hotel sehr empfehlenswert.

Ich hatte das Glück mit Selma und Felipe zu tun zu haben. Ein sehr sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Hotel insgesamt war super sauber und das Frühstück war super lecker. Immer wieder gerne, weil auch wirklich alles fußläufig möglich.
