"The area around the hotel did not appear to be the greatest, but the hotel and staff make up for this. The gentleman who checked me in was EXTREMELY FRIENDLY & SYMPATHETIC to the inconvenience I was facing upon arrival to Marseilles. Everyone was very nice, our hotel room had a corner window with a very nice view of the city, where you can see the hills, what appeared to be a castle, and the ocean. It was a good deal for the price. "

"Great hotel, spacious room, and very comfortable. The staff were always helpful. The location is excellent. My only complaint is that the towels were small and quite threadbare. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel."

"If it wasn't because of Aisha, our stay would have been terrible for multiple reasons such as ameture restaurant stuff, lack of easy access, etc. However, Aisha made sur we are taken care off, they should be lucky enough to have more like her, what a gem!!!!"

"Very central location. Lots of dining options. Metro and buses right in front of the hotel. We faced the alley side so got none of the noise. The only complain I have is that the pillows are too soft. Otherwise everything is good."
