It was pleasure to visit Marseille. The hotel is located on a main attraction street not far from metro. Great restaurants around the area. Note : restaurants are closed from 1:30sh till about 5 . If you have kids or can’t wait till dinner get something to eat before 1pm. The hotel had some snacks but we don’t eat that. Our kiddos loved kids corner there. Nicely done so parents can take a rest. Breakfast was ok.

Overall, the location was great. Check in/out was great and smooth. However, I do wanted to point out that the evening staff was rather rude. There werre limited toilet paper and ran out. When calling room service, the staff was not willing to help and said to wait till tomorrow then just hung up.on me without saying sorry or apologize for the inconvenience. My wife needed the toilet paper but she had to end up using napkins for the evening. Other wise the stay was rather well.

We had everything we needed for our 4 days stay. The room was large and clean, good quality of shampoo/conditioner/shower gel; we had our towels changed daily. Breakfast was included in our package; we had some misunderstanding with the front desk about free breakfasts in our packages, but eventually it was settled. The hotel conveniently located close to street car/subway stations, walking distance to shopping, laundry, restaurants; close to the Old Port.
