"Room: Luke's Tree - very pretty decorated room - huge bed - lovely French rattan style - good location - by river, accessible by foot to rest of Rye - cheaper prices than most other B&B's/ Hotels - nice friendly staff - good comms from hotel before booking - Good TV with Netflix app Cons (some nit-picking but worth mentioning) - very warm room overnight - there was a desk fan in the room which is usually a sign of a place knowing the room gets too hot (no built in air-con) . "Very nice to find fresh milk in the fridge, thank you! Nice clean, quiet room with comfy bed. The only criticism is that the hot water supply was scalding. Dangerously hot, although there is a warning sign. Didn’t risk using the shower in case I couldn’t control the temperature so I managed without. Otherwise fine, thank you. "
