Fiquei um pouco insegura de receber as instruções de acesso ao spto somente na tarde do dia anterior pois tinha acesso restrito a internet. Mas qdo recebi a pessoa mandou vídeos e audios explicando tudo de forma muito detalhada. Deu tudo certo. "

Only suggestions to owner would be a welcome pack of milk, bread, juice etc as an option would be a nice touch - we arrived quite late at night and the local supermarkets were all closed :( and also an information pack for guests would be useful as we didn’t want to be bugging you with questions all the time - where to find towels, WiFi code, how to get hot water etc. Thank you for a wonderful...

"This is such a charming place tucked away by a sweet lake with swimming and shade. We thought we had booked a place with the same name on Lake Molveno so were initially disappointed when we arrived to a different hotel/lake. But it turned out to be much nicer for us, more relaxed, less busy, more authentic. The room was spacious with a nice kitchen, large bathroom, nice balcony overlooking the lake and mountains, and comfortable bedding. The breakfast was generous and the staff was very helpful....
