"Close to central station and metro. Good breakfast and nice staff. Room was okay size except bathroom which was small, and the walls thin that could hear neighbours and people in corridor."

"Easy check in on arrival. We did have some problems regarding the shower head and mattress but once we let someone know it was quickly sorted! Staff are friendly and helpful. Great location, walking distance from train station and all of the major sites. Overall, a great stay that I would recommend to others."

"Small hotel down a side road from the train terminal. Friendly staff at reception. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and bathroom was fine, which was perfect for us. During the evening it was busy outside and alittle noisy, but nothing major and should be expected being so near the terminal, but the hotel was great for us. Would definitely come here again. The only negative was we didn't have a kettle, but no big deal. Thank you for a wonderful time."

"The hotel is centrally located so it made exploring very easy. The room was clean and nicely appointed. With it being an older hotel, the walls are paper thin and you can hear everyone else in their room. Also, the website calls it a Bed & Breakfast but really it’s just self serve coffee and a plastic wrapped pastry. I asked about sitting outside in the lounge area. also as advertised, and was told it was under renovation. For the price this hotel is fine and I would recommend it for anyone...

"The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, they checked a couple of days before what time I would be arriving, with instructions if I was later than 10pm. The room was clean and comfortable. I only stayed one night but I can’t fault this place. "

"The area around the property is typical Naples, it is loud and a bit dirty. However, when you get to the property it is a quiet, clean, and beautiful escape from the city. The staff was exceptional. We loved the property and would stay here again if we find ourselves back in the city. "

"Really good location and amenities, easy to access all tourist attractions by foot. Advice and tips given by the owner were very helpful and much appreciated even for food. Only downside was heating was not on, so a bit chilly for our stay. "

Directions for airport to Palazzo San Luca were clear and easy to use (orange line water is from airport to Rialto water stop, tickets bought online before leaning Sydney Australia, and simple map showing short walk along Grand Canal and one left turn for further short walk and easy, friendly reception.
