"Great location near Shinjuku Station where you can get to nearly everywhere in Tokyo. Hotel has a nice club level on 45th floor. Food and beverages served there several times throughout the day. "One word to describe the property: Serene. The various gardens and our tatami Japanese style room really elevated our start. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. They went out of their ways to accommodate my aunt’s request for some freezer space for her mochi. They also arranged a larger taxi to accommodate our luggages. "We stayed with our 8 year old in a bunk bed style bed. Great decision. The bunk bed has individual lighting to our son could sleep on the top while we had some light on our level.
