"We booked the Paddocks which had a self contained very well equipped kitchen in an enclosed courtyard It provided a very comfortable overnight stay. We couldnt fault it. We arrived early as we had booked Sunday lunch at the George which was excellant and Wayne allowed us to leave our car there. Wayne was very friendly and not intrusive at all. "Check in was friendly and easy. As rooms go it was a double and a single bed with an ensuite which was ideal for my friend and I who were attending a live gig. It was comfortable enough and if another gig happens in Leicester then I would use Grafton House again as a room only option. We both agreed it was value for money at £51 split between us."

"Had a wonderful overnight stay at Eagle Mill - only wish we could have been there longer. Lovely room with lots of great touches. Very comfortable bed and loved the skylight. View from the room over the orchard was delightful. We were looked after superbly by Marie from start to finish, who was extremely accommodating. We will definitely return to stay when next in the area."

"Hotels.com took my money for the booking, On arrival the manager failed to recognise the booking and I had to pay again. Hotels.com com refuse to refund me for my booking stating the manager will not respond. There were either rats or birds in the roof space above my room, which kept me awake. Avoid The Boot Inn and Hotels.com"

Property located away from major roads surrounded by stunning gardens makes for a peaceful nights sleep.
